How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or
- Contact R&D STREAMS through the support channel on our website and we will help you reach Paddle.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, the room associated with the purchase will be returned to the free tier and any custom questions uploaded for it will no longer be available to play.
