1. Who we are
OurBingo (the "Service") is operated by R&D STREAMS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a room, joining a game, or purchasing custom questions, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Service
OurBingo is a real-time party game in which a host creates a room and players join using a room code to play a 3x3 letter bingo. The free tier includes a standard set of questions in Portuguese. Paid rooms unlock the ability for the host to upload a custom one-time set of questions for that room.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or harmful purpose;
- Upload questions or content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, sexually explicit, or targets minors;
- Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' rooms or data.
You are responsible for any content you upload (including custom questions) and for the activity that takes place in rooms you host.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the standard question set, is owned by R&D STREAMS and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of custom content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payments, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The terms governing your purchase (payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds) are set out in the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of R&D STREAMS, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
